  • White (Light) for Home (First) team / Blue (Dark) for Away (second)  team
  • Home team starts with the scoring table to the left hand side
• Enter the players' names are in the scorebook and ensure all players are signed in.  
• Make sure we have either a timekeeper or game sheet entry person.  They sign the sheet at the end of game.
  • Take a picture of the sheet after the game (and the refs have signed it preferably).
• Club representative at the game:
  • Answer any questions from the officials
  • Filing any reports of game incidents (whther seen by refs or not).  Forms will be availabe from the officials.
• Ensure Balls and caps are returned to the Pool for use in training that following week
• Send out information on the Whatsapp as required, maintain members on Whatsapp
