Winter training includes both the Autumn and Winter seasons with a break for school holidays.  Details are as follows.   

Under 14 and Under 16 Girls and Boys teams (Tuesdays at MLC  and Thursdays at NARC)

Tuesdays  7:30 - 9pm at  MLC Indoor, Kew

• 16th April - 25th June 
• 16th July - 10th September 

Thursdays 8:00 - 9:00pm at NARC Outdoor 50 metre pool.

Waterpolo Swim Conditioning and Technique program

• 18th April - 27th June (except for 25th April ANZAC day) 
• 18th July - 19th September
