Hi Senior Krakens,

This year we will be entering both a Women's and a Mixed Senior Team in the WPW 'Senior Summer State League'. The longer Summer State League competition actually starts in Winter in Mid July 2026.  It involves 17 round games on in July through late November. There will be finals for the top 4 teams which will be on 28th November (Major Semi-Final) and 1st (Minor Semi Final), 3rd (Preliminary Final) and 5th December (Grand Final).

Please register for this event to pay for the 2026 competition fees. In the event that we have too many interested players, registration will be based on a first come, first served basis.  Please note that this registration does not include the fees for training at Ivanhoe Grammar School on Wednesday evenings, which are paid at the start of each school term/quarter. It also does npot include the compulsory annual membership which is renewed every September (and fees mainly go to WPV and WPA). 

The fees for the season is $354. Please note that the club sets fees at cost and does all that it can to keep fees low.

We plan on entering a women's team in WSL3, and a mixed team in 'Open SL5' (formerly called MSL5). The mixed team is likely to be predominately men, but all genders are very welcome. Games are in the evenings and usual start anywhere between 7pm and 9:15pm. 

The first Women's game will be on the evening of Tuesday 14th July 2026

The first Mixed/Men's game will be on the evening of Thursday 16th July 2026

Venues – games may be scheduled to be played at a variety of venues including MSAC, Caulfield Grammar, Camberwell Grammar or venues that may become available during the season.
